Disclaimer for Baby Chic
Madeline Woods Wroblicky works to avoid choking hazards by tightly securing our KAM snaps. However, nearly anything can pose a risk for infants and young children. Our products are to be used under adult supervision. Never leave your child unattended with small items, or cords/bands which could cause choking or strangulation hazards. We do follow CPSC guidelines with our products, but still, ALWAYS supervise your child, and inspect items for small parts, or damage which could potentially harm your child.

Once payment is received I will ship out the purchased item(s)
Tax and shipping fees will be added onto the product price at checkout.
If for any reason you must make a cancelation, email me first so that I do not send out your product. It is possible that some cancelations may not be processed after money has been received, seeing as the product may have already been shipped out.
If payment has not been received within 10 days of purchase, your request will be voided, and the item will remain for sale. If for any reason you feel it will take more than 10 days to receive your payment, please let me know when you make the initial purchase or leave me an email, to prevent a void in your order.
Shipping InformationShipments go out every Wednesday and Friday each week. If you are SO excited to get your items and would like them to ship out as soon as they are ready we offer a 'Quick Ship' add on option for a small fee.
All domestic shipping is done through USPS First Class, or Priority if package is too large.
International shipping is also available by request! Send Madeline an email before purchasing that includes: what you are considering purchasing, and your location so I can get a shipping estimate for you, and alter the shipping fees to fit that estimate.
You may request an upgraded shipping, or insurance on the package. Send me an email before you make your purchase so I can adjust the shipping fees.
Refunds/ExchangesIf you receive an item that was damaged in transit; depending upon my inventory and current supplies, I may or may not be able to replace the item. Email me with any issues, and I will do my best to work with you in resolving them.
If the shipping company looses your purchase, and I have PROOF that it has been lost then I will refund your money for the product (not the shipping fee) as long as the product was purchased within 10 days of contacting Madeline. A store credit will be issued for an item lost in transit if the item was purchased 11-15 days prior to contact. Contacting after 16 days or longer will not be refunded..
