Return Policy
Madeline Woods Boutique will be closing May 25th. Our current return policy is limited to purchases made within the last week of April. Any exchanges or returns that qualify for this timeframe will receive a temporary store credit that must be used immediately the day of your exchange. Saturday, May 2nd is the final day for ANY exchange/returns. No refunds of any sort.
Purchases made May 1st and beyond are considered FINAL SALE, as all items will be discounted at that point.
Exchanges or Returns are issued as store credit only, NO CASH REFUNDS. Store credit may only be used the day of exchange. Items must be returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this timeframe.
**Condition Requirements**: You must have receipt or proof of purchase. Items must have all tags intact and be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition. All returns are carefully inspected for signs of wear, washing, or use (including light creasing, makeup residue, or odor). Any item not meeting these standards will be ineligible for return and considered final sale.
***Final Sale Items***: All marked down or clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for any exchange/return. Hair accessories, jewelry, books, tableware and toys are also FINAL SALE.
