Shipping policy

All online orders will ship via USPS within 2-4 Business Days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order has been packed.

We are not liable for packages that become damaged, lost, or stolen in-transit. Madeline Woods Boutique is NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. *The USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been scanned in as received at USPS*  We are also NOT responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office but cannot be found. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.

We are not responsible for shipping errors, such as you typed in a wrong address/old address, package unable to deliver, unable to forward, etc. 

ONLINE RETURNS must be requested via phone or email within 14 DAYS of the package tracking information showing 'Delivered'. We will provide your return shipping label once your request has been verified and approved. Any missing or damaged items must be claimed via phone or email within 24 hours of a 'Delivered' tracking update for us to be able to assist with that item. Any item that becomes damaged DURING or AFTER being used/worn is not an acceptable claim for exchange/return. No Tags = No Exchange.
