Private parties are available on Saturdays from

11:00 to 12:30 or from 1:30 to 3:00

Party Package for 6-16 Children

·       Party attendant to assist you throughout your event ·       8 inch plush (of their choice) for each child ·       Solid color tee for each stuffed animal ·       Animal bingo game and a coloring craft activity ·       Photo backdrop area with props ·       Paper goods and serving utensils         Cost is $50.00 for the space rental fee, plus $20.00 per child**

You provide all food and drinks for your event. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Maximum of 2 adults per child, with no more than 25 total people upstairs. During your event, our Bear Factory area will be closed to the public, however our boutique downstairs will remain open to customers. Note: the Bear Factory is upstairs, and unfortunately we do not have an elevator on site. You may arrive 15 minutes early to decorate, however we provide our basic party banner and balloon décor already.

 

*$50 deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. This payment will, however, be deducted from your final total the day of your event.

**You will only be charged for the exact number of participants the day of your event. However, there is a minimum charge of $170.00 should you have less than 6 participating guests.

*** Please be prepared to exit the party promptly when your timeframe has ended. Staying 10 minutes or longer past your end time will result in an additional $20 charge.
